【摘要】 目的：探討可調(diào)整縫線在青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用。方法：將68例75眼青光眼合并白內(nèi)障患者隨機(jī)分成對照組和觀察組，對照組行超聲乳化法+小梁切除術(shù)，觀察組行超聲乳化法+小梁切除+可調(diào)整縫線術(shù)治療，術(shù)后隨訪3～12mo。結(jié)果：兩組患者術(shù)后眼壓比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，術(shù)后3mo隨訪，視力≥0.5觀察組和對照組無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。而在隨訪6～12mo中觀察組視力≥0.5明顯多于對照組，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。術(shù)后3d對照組前房出現(xiàn)滲出物多于觀察組，兩者比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合手術(shù)中應(yīng)用可調(diào)整縫線能夠減少前房滲出，降低眼壓，在聯(lián)合手術(shù)中起著重要的作用。

Abstract�rAIM: To investigate the application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy.METHODS: Sixty�瞖ight patients (75 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into observation group (40 eyes) and control group(35 eyes). Observation group accepted phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,trabeculectomy and releasable suture;control group accepted phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantaion and trabeculectomy. All patients were followed up for 3��12 months postoperatively.RESULTS: There was no statistical significance of the postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) between two groups.There was no marked difference of the postoperative early visual acuity between two groups.However,After 6��12 months follow�瞮p,the visual acuity of observation group and control group occured statistical difference. And the effusion in anterior chamber of two groups occured statistical difference too.CONCLUSION: Effusion in anterior chamber decreased, and IOP can be stepped down by application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabecule�瞔tomy.

0　引言

青光眼、白內(nèi)障均是我國目前主要致盲眼病之一,且多見于老年人,隨著我國人民健康水平的提高,人均壽命的延長,人口老齡化的發(fā)展,青光眼、白內(nèi)障患病率必將因之增高。為減輕患者的痛苦,提高患者的視力,許多醫(yī)師在尋求最合適的手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)和方法以達(dá)到最理想的結(jié)果�，F(xiàn)將本院2006��01/ 2007��12青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合手術(shù)的住院病例 68例75眼的手術(shù)效果分析如下。
