穴義

少，幼小；商，五音之一，屬金。
少，有少量的意思。肺屬金，在五音為商。此系肺經(jīng)末穴，其氣少而不充。

Meaning

Shao, immaturity; shang, one of the Five Sounds, pertaining to metal.
Shao means less. The Lung pertains to metal in the Five Elements and to shang sound in the Five Sounds. This is the last point of the lung Meridian where Qi is less.

定位

拇指橈側(cè)甲角旁約0.1寸。

Location

On the radial side of the thumb, about 0.1cun posterior to the nail.

主治

（1)醒腦開(kāi)竅，為急救昏迷之要穴，實(shí)證，熱證，閉證可以用三棱針點(diǎn)刺出血。
（2)清火利咽，為治療咽喉痛之要穴，亦可點(diǎn)刺出血
（3)治指端麻木，知覺(jué)異常，如末梢神經(jīng)炎等。

Indication

(1) main point for resuscitation and the emergement cases of unconsciousness. In treating Excess syndrome, Hot syndrome and Bi syndrome, peck the point to bleeding with a three-edged needle.
